If you are not being true to yourself, then you are not being true to God

I went to an AA meeting a few months ago where a man exclaimed he was no better or worse than anyone in the room. I thought he was a fool for saying that until I heard the following at another AA meeting: There is no more or less God in me than there is in anyone else. Then I understood... We have a lot more in common that any of us think!
